Kisaanyard.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy :
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them. • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
- Kisaanyard.com does not accept cancellation requests for perishable item However; refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and non durable, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products.
- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to the manufacturer.
Once we receive the cancellation request for you, we will immediately process for the refund of the whole amount paid by you, but it will only show in your bank account only when the product comes back to our hub. Once the refund is processed we will intimate you through EMAIL and SMS with the refund transaction details.
RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
If you want to place a replacement in Kisaanyard.com, you have to apply for the replacement within 2 days of the delivery of the product. You have to create online return request on portal through Kisaanmitra. Once we receive your replacement request we will initiate the process for it and will ensure that the replacement is made at the earliest. The replacement is only possible if the product is defective, Item was damaged during the Shipping, Products was / were missing, Wrong item was sent, unused, no damages, with the original packaging and with the receipt and the invoice.
Kindly note that replacement will be made only after proper investigation of the whole scenario for replacement by our/sellers special team.
